About This Agreement
Heart Music Group is currently working with Retail NZ and expanding into new retailers and hopsitlaity outlets who are excited about playing more local music. By signing up, you're giving us permission to license your music for background use in retail and hospitality environments across NZ and AU, things like in-store playlists, bars, restaurants, hotels, and internal radio channels run by the stores themselves.
The permission you’re granting is limited to background use only. If any new opportunities arise that go beyond this (e.g. advertising, radio or sync deals) we’ll always get your approval first. While singing up does not gaurnatee a playlist placement, it does allow us to move fast when there is one.
